The authors reflect about the being in the world of a individual so called schizophrenic by clinic psychiatry, out of crisis, using as source the ideographic analysis of the discourse of a person considered schizophrenic. The discourse has been done through an interview based on phenomenological approach, whose purpose is try to understand who this subject is and, thus, contribute for nursing care for this clientele.
