Enferm Actual Costa Rica. 2018;35 doi: 10.15517/revenf.v0i35.31555 https://doi.org/10.15517/revenf.v0i35.31... ⁾	1.1 Various forms of application of painting in womb of pregnant women were identified, which relate to the professionals' abilities to draw and paint, to the time and material available, to the participation or not of third parties in the painting process, to the philosophy of care and to the intentionality of each of them. 1.2 Womb painting of pregnant women has been adopted by the nurse and the midwife in prenatal care and within the maternity as a strategy of health education and in the promotion of maternal and family well-being.

Health Care Women Int 2018;39(11):1275-94. doi: 10.1080/07399332.2018.1488853 https://doi.org/10.1080/07399332.2018.14... ⁾	2.1 During the experience of the Art of Maternal Womb Painting, the pregnant women manifested six universal emotions, such as fear, joy, surprise, sadness, anger, and disgust. 2.2 The emotions manifested with unanimity were fear, joy and surprise. 2.3 Disgust, anger and sadness appeared less frequently and were short-lived. 2.4. Pregnant women who expressed emotions that may be negative had particularities in their life histories, such as early pregnancy; unwanted and/or unplanned pregnancy; loss of a child; marital problems; high-risk pregnancies; and signs of low self-esteem. 2.5 The experience of the Art of Maternal Womb Painting enabled the pregnant women to express their most primitive or unpleasant emotions, being able to collaborate for a moment of catharsis in pregnancy.

Rev Cuid. 2018;9(2):2145-64. doi: 10.15649/cuidarte.v9i2.499 https://doi.org/10.15649/cuidarte.v9i2.4... ⁾	3.1 The Art of Maternal Womb Painting promoted in the pregnant women four experiences of the subjective nucleus of attachment or love with the baby, being: the disposition to know, to be/interact with, to avoid separation or loss and to protect the baby. 3.2 The main behaviors and feelings generated by the experience of Art of Maternal Womb Painting were: imagining the baby, seeking to know about him and pregnancy, awareness of fetal positions, feeling of closeness of the fetus, protecting the baby represented in the painting, relaxation and personal appreciation of pregnant women.
