This theoretical production, based on academic debates concerning health care processes, offers elements to support the qualification of individualized care. Arguments in favor of the recovery of inter-subjectivity in care are developed, focusing on sociocultural and psycho-affective aspects of interaction and considering them as an essential dimension in the construction of a new relation with the people who receive care, as well as a broad approach to their health experiences and needs.
