This article is based on the assumption that all production in the field of the arts necessarily brings some transgression into play. Art needs a transgression aimed at confronting established codes by opening up spaces for new meanings. But not every transgression is perversion. This article seeks to substantiate this thesis by discussing a few basics of the act of creation and showing their interfaces with the discourse of psychoanalysis.
