Abstract
This study addressed the Ophioglossaceae species recorded in the ferruginous formations of the Serra dos Carajás, Pará state, with descriptions, illustrations, geographical distribution, and comments. In the studied area only one species was registered: Ophioglossum nudicaule. This is the first record of Ophioglossaceae for the state of Pará.
