Resistência do P. falciparum às 4-aminoquinoleinas: estudo de 3 <<raças>> provenientes do estado de Goiás

Three different strains of P. falciparum from the State of Goias were induced in neurosyphilitic in-patients. All of them were resistant to chloroquine 1,5g and 3g em 48 h. One of them was also suspected to be resistent to quinine sulphate 20g in a ten day schedule and to combined sulfametoxipirazine plus pyrimethamine.
