The objective reality of Non-communicable Diseases and Injuries in nursing

Qualitative research, sort of case study, founded on the Theory of Praxis Intervention in Collective Health Nursing, with the aim of knowing the objective reality of non-communicable diseases that affect nursing workers. Two triggers for the emergence of distress were identified in the participants' speeches: workload and staff shortage. The study provided subsidies for the institution to elaborate interventions which improve workers' health conditions by means of reflection of the nursing professional practice.
