Abstract
This article analyzes the work and the workers in the computer industry, that we call the digital work. Are creative workers who develop software, applicative, computer games, create and manage web pages, systems analysts, project managers, IT consultants, experts in databases, and others. The work in this sector is flexible in its origin and intellectual par excellence and integrates the discussion of immaterial labor and creative work. The research consisted of visits to companies and interviews with workers recovering the perception of workers concerning the diversity of labor contracts, working conditions, their motivations for choosing the profession and about the character considered "creative" and innovative.
