City in the labyrinth: disclosing post-modern metaphors

Abounding of fragmented meanings, the capital of Tocantins (state in Brazil), Palmas is located in the midst of a Utopian territory and gives shelter to projections of a bold way to view the world, capable of being understood through its borders, the length of its blocks, the way its buildings are outlined, in the vivid mind that there inhabit, and the fever like intellectual possibilities to deeply penetrate its creative language. I'm to discuss in the present work about the social imaginary context as a whole, as a generating power which allows us to think of the City´s future, on the other hand time´s role which through memory reassembles the City through its integrity so that both Past and Future are seen as elements to take into account so that we may analyze the city in the present.
