The current view of Ab'Sáber

This paper turns itself to study the scientific work of Professor Aziz Nacib Ab'Saber, at least in three aspects: 1) the geomorphology and paleoclimate evolution in the Tertiary and Quaternary, when the author acknowledges that the physiological studies of landscapes, although essential to the geomorpho logists'objectives, may be clarified only at the expense of markedly interdisciplinary research; 2) climate change processes, which are ignored in current knowledge, and the heritage gained over the history of the Earth, to plan carefully, actions that promote societies in the pursuit of a "development"; 3) the São Paulo' urban site, in the middle of last century, when, in less than 15 years, the town that and grew up in the hills, and hills had chosen as his ideal topography site, down to the plains, occupying sectors and clods newly emptied by the works of the Energy Company "Light". The contributions were originally prepared under the geomorphological perspective, had, in their essence, the geographical view of the world citizen.
