Conhecimento, planificação e sustentabilidade

This article addresses the relationship between scientific knowledge, planning and sustainability. This analysis serves as the starting point for a two-fold reflection: first, on the peripheral insertion of Brazil in the society of knowledge, and second, on the how independent planning can be instrumental in attaining economic and social sustainability.
