Federalismo e políticas sociais no Brasil: problemas de coordenação e autonomia

This study intends to show that the concentration of the political authority varies among the federative States and among the private politics, affecting the capacity of governmental coordination of politics. This way, it is argued, in the Brazilian case, how the adoption of the federal government was chosen.
