PROFESSIONAL IN BRAZIL:

- Send an e-mail to <funorp@forp.usp.br> with your complete name, CIC, RG, complete address and number of subscriptions desired.
- FUNORP will send a bank invoice in the value of R$100.00 for a one-year subscription.
- After confirmation of payment, your address will be added to the Journal's data bank.

PROFESSIONAL OUTSIDE BRAZIL:

- Send an e-mail to <funorp@forp.usp.br> with your complete name, complete address and number of subscriptions desired.
- FUNORP will inform you of the manner of international payment of US$100.00 for a one-year subscription.
- After confirmation of payment, your address will be added to the Journal's data bank.

INSTITUTION IN BRAZIL:

- Send an e-mail to <funorp@forp.usp.br> with complete name of institution/company, CNPJ, complete address and number of subscriptions desired.
- FUNORP will send a bank invoice in the value of R$100.00 for a one-year subscription.
- After confirmation of payment, your address will be added to the Journal's data bank.

INSTITUTION OUTSIDE BRAZIL:

- Send an e-mail to <funorp@forp.usp.br> with complete name of institution/company, complete address and number of subscriptions desired.
- FUNORP will inform you of the manner of international payment of US$100.00 for a one-year subscription.
- After confirmation of payment, your address will be added to the Journal's data bank.
