Food Science and Technology is published four times a year by the Sociedade Brasileira de Food Science and Technology - SBCTA, aiming at publishing scientific articles and communications in the area of food science.

Its abbreviated title is Food Sci. Technol (Campinas), which should be used in bibliographies, footnotes and bibliographical references and strips.
