The Brazilian Journal of Physical Education and Sport (RBEFE)/Revista Brasileira de Educação Física e Esporte is a tri monthly publication from the School of Physical Education and Sport of the University of São Paulo (EEFEUSP) with the mission of publishing researches that contribute to advance the field of Physical Education and Sport. The RBEFE publishes original articles that gather results from different levels of scientific researches, from the microscopic (e.g. exercise biochemistry) to the macroscopic approach (e.g. sports anthropology). The RBEFE also publishes research with a practical application approach (e.g. pedagogy of the human movement and sports training). The journal's reccomended abbreviation for bibliography, footnotes and references purposes is Rev Bras Educ Fís Esporte.
