ABOUT THE JOURNAL

 

Basic information

Revista Brasileira de Estudos da População (Brazilian Journal of Population Studies) (Rebep) is Brazil’s only nationwide periodical focused exclusively on demographic topics. Its central objective is to encourage and disseminate Brazilian production in the field of demography and population studies and to foster dialogue between this field and other related areas.

The journal is a semi-annual publication of the Brazilian Association for Demographic Studies (ABEP) and is interested in receiving and evaluating articles and other written material for publication.

The abbreviation of its title, Rev. bras. estud. popul., should be used in all bibliographies, footnotes, bibliographic references and legends.
