The Revista Katálysis, produced by the Graduate Program in Social Work and the Undergraduate School of Social Work is a scientific journal published each semester, that is peer-reviewed and indexed. It circulates in Brazil and in Spanish - and Portuguese - speaking countries and is aimed at social workers, and professionals in related fields, professors, researchers and at those segments of civil and political society committed to the construction of a fair, participative and radically democratic society.

Its abbreviated title is Rev. Katál., which should be used in bibliographies, footnotes and bibliographical references and strips.
