ABOUT THE JOURNAL

 

Basic Information

Revista Latinoamericana de Psicopatologia Fundamental is the official organ of the University Association for Research in Fundamental Psychopathology. The association is a scientific society that brings together professors at public and private universities around the world. The journal's first issue came out in March of 1998, and is now published quarterly, with issues in March, June, September and December of each year, containing articles in the Portuguese, Spanish, French and English languages. All articles contain abstracts and keywords in the four languages. Each issue also publishes brief notes on the background of each author, with their respective addresses for contact.

Its abbreviated title is Rev. latinoam. psicopatol. fundam., which should be used in bibliographies, footnotes and bibliographical references and strips.

Copyrights

All copyrights are reserved by the University Association for Research in Fundamental Psychopathology.

Authors who wish to publish articles are asked to send a letter to the editor, together with a declaration of transfer of copyrights, containing the signature of each of the authors. The following model form should be used: "I (we)..., author(s) of the text entitled..., which I (we) submit for assessment to Revista Latinoamericana de Psicopatologia Fundamental (Latin American Journal of Fundamental Psychopathology), agree that any copyrights referring to said text shall become the exclusive property of the University Association for Research in Fundamental Psychopathology, and that no total or partial reproduction in any other means of publication may be made without the prior written authorization of said association." The authors will retain copyrights for future publication provided that they request authorization for such from the editor, mentioning the source.
