Os autores apresentam um raro caso de condroma intracraniano apenso ao etmóide e esfenóide, determinando exoftalmo e síndrome de lesão expansiva intracraniana. Os aspectos clínicos, patogenéticos e histopatológicos são discutidos.

A rare case of intracranial chondroma connected to the ethmoid and sphenoid at the base of the skull producing exophtalmus and syndrome of intracranial expansive lesion is reported. The clinic, pathogenetic and histopathologic aspects are discussed.

A rare case of intracranial chondroma connected to the ethmoid and sphenoid at the base of the skull producing exophtalmus and syndrome of intracranial expansive lesion is reported. The clinic, pathogenetic and histopathologic aspects are discussed.
