Tratamento cirúrgico nas celulites orbitárias (abscesso subperiósteo)

RESUMO

Oito casos de abscesso superiostal foram descritos. A etiologia, diagnóstico, clínica dessa condição foram revistos. A abordagem terapêutica foi discutida, com ênfase na abordagem cirúrgica.

SUMMARY

Eight cases of subperiosteal abscess were described. Etiology, diagnostic and clinical features of this condition were also revised. Treatment was discussed with emphasis in the surgical approach.
