Resumen

SEITENFUS, Ricardo Antônio da Silva; ZANELLA, Cristine Koehler  y  MARQUES, Pâmela Marconatto. International Law reconceptualized in a time of absences and of emergency: the search for a translation to the Principle of Non-Indifference. Rev. bras. polít. int. [online]. 2007, vol.50, n.2, pp. 7-24. ISSN 0034-7329.  http://dx.doi.org/10.1590/S0034-73292007000200002.

The article is an attempt to find a commonality among African and Brazilian experiences towards what is termed, in cotemporary International Relations, the Principle of Non-Indifference. The subject of analysis is chosen for its cutting edge quality and its challenge to some of Traditional International Law's concepts, such as Non-Intervention and Sovereignty Its novelty calls for reflection in its support.

Palabras llave : Non-indifference; non-intervention; international law.
