Resumen

BARTH, Ortrud Monika. Catalogue of Southern Brazilian pollen grains: XXIV - Urticaceae. Mem. Inst. Oswaldo Cruz [online]. 1976, vol.74, n.3-4, pp. 341-346. ISSN 0074-0276.  http://dx.doi.org/10.1590/S0074-02761976000300012.

By studying the pollen morphology of some genera of the Urticaceae, it was possible to establish some pollinic types. In Urera and Urtica we have observed pantoporated grains, by Boehmeria 3-porated and by Phenax and Pilea 2-porated ones. A general discussion about the pollen morphology of Urticales from the south of Brazil is presented.
