The comparative morphology of the external genitalia of four species of the genus Sirthenea Spinola, 1837 were studied: S. carinata (Fabricius, 1798), S. stria (Fabricius, 1794), S. flavipes (Stal, 1855) and S. amazona Stal, 1866.Taxonomic data from ten structures (8º sternite, process of pygophore, parameres, phallosoma and its four processes and two endosoma processes) were diagnosed among these species. A brief description of the general morphology of each species is included.
