An analysis of the economic efficiency and of the viability of the products and services of information guides us to a reflection for appreciation of the manifestation of the phenomenon of the information. It is defined as the sensibility in the perception of the semantic content of the products of information by the senses and the conscience. The essence of this phenomenon, rare and always surprising, is shown by the transformation of, symbolic structures, in accomplishments of an individual or collective conscience. It establish a relationship between information and knowledge, which happens only if information can be noticed and accepted as such. If it occurs the sensitive individual is placed in a better conscious position.. It is established the aesthetic function of the phenomenon of the information that is the sensibility to apprehend the information; sensibility that in a fine way precedes the perception.
