This article is the result of our thinking at teacher training in the Faculty of Education. Starting with the concrete experience of restructuring the course, our aim is to discuss important aspects such as: what is common and basic to the curriculum, why provide a broad formation, and who are our students. In the final section of this article, we present some possibilities emerged from the study of this reality.
