This contribution intends to present some ideas about the relation between body training and dominion of nature. It's showed up the theory of subject and civilization, as developed by Theodor W. Adorno and Max Horkheimer, specially in the Dialectic of enlightenment. Important is to introduce the role the sacrifice plays in this process and its relation with the body. In this context it's tried to understand the phenomena sport and particular body training, in order to develop a sports analyze, that should stay in correspondence with the sacrifice logic and the reduction of the body to a disqualified and fungible nature.
