Since the 50s, the relation between upbringing-employment has forced itself progressively into the main principle from educational policies, causing changes into the technical teaching field. The author refuses the evidence on this relation, its progressive naturalization and foster to understand the paradox from a situation in which the ongoing increase of the upbringing level lives with a worsening not less steady of the unemployment rate between youngsters.
