This text tries to contribute to the debate about the actual process of the grade education reconfiguration in Brazil, emphasizing the central elements which structure the curriculum politics for the grade courses. This kind of politics articulates the curriculum reformation with some modifications in the work world instigated by the productive restructuration, interfering directly in the knowledge production sphere and in the professional background. Promoting the curriculum adaptation about this point of view means to make the mercantile particular grade education game, privileging the specific competencies development instead of a "process intelligence" domain. It still means that the capitalist technological modernization effects question in the work world and in the social life must be left on second plan.
