This article analyses the repetition of the urban representation in Latin American Vanguards in the XX Century beggining, to identify some signs of the city’s celebration in its poetic production. The article focalize four writers: two Brazilians, Mário and Oswald de Andrade, and two Argentineans, Oliverio Girondo and Jorge Luis Borges, to recognize similarities and dissimilarities in their urban representation.
