Colorectal cancer in pregnancy is a rare condition, associated with a poor prognosis for the woman. The case described is of a 31-year-old female, with an adenocarcinoma of the rectum diagnosed at the 24^th week of pregnancy. We present a discuss management in view of updated knowledge and therapeutic approaches.
