Taking into account the wide diversification of the social psychology field and the development of different social psychologies, this paper intends to discuss some basic questions related to their theoretical compatibilities and divergences. The ideas of some social psychologists are presented, especially those related to the distinction among the different levels of analysis used by researchers for studying the sociopsychological phenomena, and the need of articulating them. It also emphasizes the study of justice as a potential field to analyze this question, but taking as the central focus the reciprocal fertility between the micro-justice and macro-justice perspectives. Finally, some Brazilian researches on justice are discussed and each one is located at one of these levels. Some additional considerations are presented regarding the need of making efforts towards a theoretical integration between these alternative approaches in order to obtain a richer understanding of this phenomenon.
