This work examines the return migration process to Pernambuco, proceeding from the state of São Paulo, in the period of 1970-2000, treating the migratory flow from the perspective of the social networks. As a result, the return characterize the reversibility of movement to the Agreste Pernambucano, where a lot of migrants returned to.
