In this paper we present LMI techniques for the quadratic stability of uncertain continuous and discrete-time descriptor systems. Connections between the quadratic stability of systems with polytopic and norm bounded LFT uncertainties are also presented. Stability conditions are presented for the ''primal'' and ''dual'' systems.
