in loco. Estão amplamente associados
às questões urbanas
e/ou rurais e ao planejamento
das cidades.
As principais motivações para
essa mudança de gestão incluem
questões como o desejo
de reduzir as emissões
dos Gases de Efeito de Estufa
(GEE), de limitar a exposição
ao aumento dos preços da eletricidade
gerada centralmente,
de mudar para um sistema
energético mais autossuficiente,
de aumentar os ganhos
em conservação de energia,
de diminuir gastos com redes
de transmissão e distribuição
e também de aumentar o engajamento
dos cidadãos no
desenvolvimento dos planejamentos
energéticos. |
