Resumen
MILAGRE, Cíntia D. F; CABECA, Luís Fernando; MARTINS, Lucas G y MARSAIOLI, Anita J. STD NMR spectroscopy: a case study of fosfomycin binding interactions in living bacterial cells. J. Braz. Chem. Soc. [online]. 2011, vol.22, n.2, pp. 286-291. ISSN 0103-5053. http://dx.doi.org/10.1590/S0103-50532011000200014.
A saturation transfer difference (STD) NMR experiment was successfully employed to observe the binding interactions of fosfomycin resistant and non-resistant bacterial strains using living cell suspensions, without the need for isotopic labelling of the ligand or receptor.
