Abstract

MENDES, Isabel Amélia Costa; TREVIZAN, Maria Auxiliadora; SHINYASHIKI, Gilberto Tadeu  and  NOGUEIRA, Maria Suely. The reference framework of popular education in nursing management and leadership. Texto contexto - enferm. [online]. 2007, vol.16, n.2, pp. 303-306. ISSN 0104-0707.  http://dx.doi.org/10.1590/S0104-07072007000200013.

This reflection initially addresses nursing management in the context of current service delivery. In the belief that popular education paradigms can offer an important contribution to nursing activities in health organizations, the authors consider this education process as an alternative for valuing nurses’ management conduct and leadership.
