The Brazilian organizational space shows the presence and importance of micro and small business companies, which leads to a growing demand for management support services. Therefore, the present study aims to contribute to the Brazilian consulting services space in terms of its growth and its relationship with small and medium companies, particularly analyzing SEBRAE-SP since its establishment focusing on its operation with the creation of consulting cooperatives as well as the implementation of public policies for micro and small businesses development.
