The article analyzes the training of information and repression agents who acted in civil and military public institutions during last Brazilian dictatorship. In order to do so, we focus on changes occurred in military ideas under the influence of United States and France. We also examine the organization of the new courses in Escola Superior de Guerra (ESG) and Escola Nacional de Informações (EsNI), the later created by the civil-military dictatorship. A third aspect under analysis is the interactions between Brazilian agents and foreigner military officials through training in Brazilian territory as well as outside the country. This had been of fundamental importance for the articulation of Condor Plan, which gathered Southern Cone dictatorships actions in persecution of political opponents through borders.
