Abstract

The vocational choice is seem as essential in the adolescent's, in their family's, and the society's perceptions. In fact the adolescent feels a need to have suport from his family and peers during this moment. This study had the intention to verify the adolescent's perception about their families' and friends' influency in their career choice. The sample was composite by 16 adolescents who had looked for a guid program in a Public University, five (5) males and eleven (11) femals, ages betwen 16 to 18 years. The procedure of the research involved two open interviews. The work was based in the formulation of Fernando González-Rey (1997) in its struture and analyses. Parent's influency showed his presence in the first intervew indicators. In the second interview were find many indicators about peers' influency.
