We studied the origin of celiac and cranial mesenteric arteries to know additional details of arterial circulation in buffaloes. Thirty buffalo fetuses, 4 to 8 months old and one adult were used. After injection with dyed Neoprene 650 latex, the arteries were dissected. The celiac and cranial mesenteric arteries are originated separately from the thoracic aorta in 90.33% and as a common trunk in 9.67% of the samples.
