This study aims to analyze how the Fundacentro library contributes in the scientific production in health and safety at work. We used survey research to obtain data and qualitative approach in the discussion. The results showed that the Fundacentro library meets users expectations in both CTN  and regional. However, there are some points that need to be reviewed and improved in order to receive full satisfaction from researchers, collaborators and employees, and all those who use the physical or online libraries, as well as its products and services to perform their jobs or their scientific productions.
