This paper discusses specific forms of interference systems of Law, Economics and Politics that can cause resonance in dealing with environmental issues. It presents, in a systemic perspective and autopoietic, economic instruments, particularly the Principle of the Protector-Receiving, passing the examination of the adoption of programs for Payment for Environmental Services to encourage voluntary practices of environmental protection.
