Investigate the effects of Pilates on the isokinetic muscular strength of the knee extensors and flexors at 60/s, in elderly women. |
PG: and CG: 12 weeks, 2 sessions/week, 60 min. PG: The equipment used for the exercises was: Chair, Cadillac Trapeze, Reformer and Ladder Barrel.. All exercises were performed in a set of ten repetitions. The intensity of the springs was changed according to the evolution of the strength of the volunteer, maintaining the number of repetitions and sets.
