The purpose of this article is presenting an analysis about the cooperation, interaction and learning relationships among the several types of players in a Cluster. For that, the inhibiting and motivating factors of those relationships and the main internal and external sources of learning-oriented knowledge have been investigated. Empirical evidences have demonstrated that the cooperation relationships and the interactions for the learning are influenced by organizational factors strongly related to the infrastructure and enterprises management issues.
