The evolution of General Daniel Cerri is characterized for the importance of its industrial complex. In the last years of the past century the locality lived a deep crisis and the paralyzation of the activity with the closing of the factories. Due to the deterioration of the sector, the aim of this papper is to present a offer of local development for to stir into action the locality of General Daniel Cerri by means of the refuncionalization of the left industrial sector.
