This article proposes a form of institutionalization, in Brazilian universities, the development of social technologies and processes incubation system supportive of economic enterprises, based on the Law of Innovation, and also the articulation of the COORIMBATÁ Cooperative and the Federal University of Mato Grosso, which culminated in the creation of a network of entities that make up the Integrated Social Innovation.
