This article discusses the building of the ethical-political subject based on relational experiences engendered in a popular forum of the city of Vitória - ES. It responds, mainly, to Michel Foucault's thoughts on power and ethics, as theoretical tools as to explore the idea of political subject bonded, basically, to the idea of subject of law. For such, purposes the think of the political experience located in the articulated plot between power and resistance, taken in accordance with ethical terms of self caring
