Emotional are central elements in the identity of entrepreneurs. When we talk about women entrepreneur, studies have discussed some predominant lines in their administration style, possibly linked with emotionality at the work. In spite of this, there is no studies focus on this subject. So, this study was developed with 15 women entrepreneur, in order to explore the entrepreneurs’ emotional meanings and the relationship with managerial activity. Its an exploratory and qualitative study, and the data were collected using open interview and data were analyzed using the software Nvivus. They spoke about the following forms of emotions in the managerial activity: a) management of emotions; b) the emotions in the management; c) the use of emotion in the management; d) emotions and the development level of businesses and finally, e) against emotions: in search of the rationality. To sum up the study concluded that emotionality is present in the management by women entrepreneurs
