PRADO, Jefferson and HIRAI, Regina Yoshie. Cryptogams of "Parque Estadual das Fontes do Ipiranga", São Paulo, SP: pteridophyta: 13. Lycopodiaceae and 20. Selaginellaceae. Hoehnea [online]. 2008, vol.35, n.4, pp.543-552. ISSN 2236-8906. http://dx.doi.org/10.1590/S2236-89062008000400006.
In this paper are presented the data of the floristic survey of the families Lycopodiaceae and Selaginellaceae in the "Parque Estadual das Fontes do Ipiranga (PEFI)". Lycopodiaceae is represented in the area by three genera (Huperzia, Lycopodiella, and Lycopodium) and six taxa: two species and one variety of Huperzia (H. fontinaloides (Spring) Trevis., H. quadrifariata (Bory) Rothm., and H. reflexa (Lam.) Trevis. var. minor (Spring) B. Øllg.), one species and one variety of Lycopodiella (L. camporum B. Øllg. & P.G. Windisch, and L. caroliniana (L.) Pic. Serm. var. meridionalis (Underw. & F.E. Lloyd) B. Øllg. & P.G. Windisch), and one species of Lycopodium (L. clavatum L.). Selaginellaceae is represented by Selaginella and four species, however only two of them are native (S. contigua Baker and S. muscosa Spring). Identification keys for genera and taxa, as well as descriptions, geographical distribution, comments, and illustrations for studied taxa are presented.
