Neurorretinite subaguda unilateral difusa: 3 casos no Estado do Paraná

RESUMO

Os autores relatam 3 casos comprovados de neurorretinite sub-aguda unilateral difusa, encontrados no Estado do Paraná. Dois casos se colocam no quadro de DUSN tardia, onde se encontra palidez de papila óptica, atenuação dos vasos sangüíneos e alteração difusa do epitélio pigmentário da retina. Outro caso se enquadra na fase precoce, com lesões características.

SUMMARY

We reporte three cases of Diffuse Unilateral Subacute Neuroretinitis (DUSN) in PARANÁ - BRASIL with the finding of the subretinal worm. Two cases are from late DUSN. with optic atrophy, retinal arterial narrowing and irregular atrophy of the retinal pigment epithelium. The other case has evanescent gray white lesions caracteristics of early DUSN.
